I am going to turn 21 in 16 days and i am planning a party at my house and i need a theme for my party. Any ideas or party ideas i could have at my party!!!!!!

How about a "White Party"? Everyone dresses in white and you can have black lights set up so that way everyone looks like they are glowing.
