If your talking about a Turkey ...? And its Frozen and you need to cook it tomorrow...it will not be thawed in time if you put it in your fridge.
Contrary to what the "rules" say...leave it in your sink to thaw over night...
I have done it for 20 years and have always had a great turkey!

Put it in a clean cooler full of salted water overnight. There's no way it'll defrost in the fridge by then.
