B-day surprises?!

Question:

B-day surprises?

My mom's birthday is coming up and I don't know what i should do. I made her this really cute purse, but it's small and i think i should do something else. Like cook dinner or something. But i'm so cluless

Answers:
I think your Mom will be thrilled with the purse you made! It's not the size of the package that counts...it's the thought behind it. However, if you feel you want to do more to show her how much you care about her, maybe baking a cake by yourself will be just the right touch. You can easily and inexpensively buy a package cake mix, and they usually only need eggs and water. Frosting comes in a can. :) She will appreciate the effort. And homemade gifts are always the ones Mom's cherish the most. Good luck, sweetie!!

Make lasagna, some garlic bread and a tossed salad with birthday cake for dessert! Easy breezy! You'll find lots of lasagna recipes on allrecipes.com but it is simple to make or if you prefer go to the freezer section of your grocery store and buy a Stoffer's Lasagna. They aren't bad at all and if you've never made it before it might be easier.

well i think you should wait until your mother gos to work then call up all ur friends to help u celebrate ur mothers birthday! It would also be nice if you hung up decorations! when you hear her coming close the lights quickly hide and when she comes JUMP UP AND SAY "HAPPY BIRTHDAY"! Then relax and celebrate the party!

we always make my mom her favorite dinner and then have a b-day party with cake and icecream for dessert

ask her what she likes. If you don't want to then make her pasta, lasagna, order pizza, you can take her out at a restaurant,or just make a cake,or buy her a cake.

You don't say how old you are, or whether you still live at home, but one of my favorite gifts to receive from my kids is a homemade coupon book. This is a great gift regardless of your age or living arrangement. You can put coupons for anything in it:
massages, car washes, pedicures, dish washing, breakfast in bed, lunch, household chores, or anything you can think of that your mom would enjoy. You could put the coupon book in the purse. You sound like a great kid to be concerned about making her birthday special! Best of luck with your decision.
