Answers:
Of course McDonalds!.
Maybe a baseball or football game (if you can afford it)
To a live production like the theater or something
Maybe a concert
If you're near a mall
If you're near a college campus see if anything is going on there!.
If there is a farmers market still going on take them there!.
Get as much culture as you can in, and from different tastes too!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think just everyday life is pretty fun for out of town guests!. You don't mention where you live, but here are a list of places we like to make sure we take out of towners (my family is from overseas too):
- Hollywood (its crowded and touristy, but everyone should go once at least) and Highland, Avenue of Stars, see the Hollywood sign etc
- Disneyland
- Olvera Street
- Up the coast to Santa Barbara (so pretty!)
- Grand Canyon
- New York City
- San Francisco
- Tijuana
As far as stuff to do, our family loves shopping (there's nothing like the malls and stores here where they live - and prices tend to be good), going out to dinner (especially good mexican food), and just hanging out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
