Question: Proper form for Menu!?
What is the proper form for a menu!? Like ones you would see in a restaurant, but with 1 main course, 2 sides, and 1 desert!? A website or diagram would be great!. Thanks!!!!! Www@FoodAQ@Com

PROPER FORM FOR MENU

1!. WINE - WATER AND BREAD

2!.!. FIRST COURSE:
one salad
or soup
scargot
smoke salmon

3!. SECOND PATE

one meat or protein
one starch (potato, rice, pasta)
one or mixed vegetable such as brocoli, peas, mushroom

4!. DESSERT

DO YOU WANT ME TO GIVE YOU A SIMPLE SAMPLE MENU!?

1!. CABERNET SAVIGNON RED WINE - WATER- ENGHISH MUFFIN

2!. MIX SALAD WITH OLIVE OIL AND BASAMIC VINEGRE

3!. ROAST BEEF WITH GRAVY , BAKED POTATOES AND PEAS

4!. LEMON SORBET

with the wide variety of formats I see in restaurants I doubt if there is a "standard" format!. Generally appetizers, salads and soups are first, but after that, depending on the specialty of the restaurant, things are pretty much free flow!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
