What to serve as a meat with baby Asparagus? ?!
I want to make something easy!.!.yet special ! I found some BEAUTIFUL baby spears but don't know what meat to choose!. Lamb, pork !? What would you suggest!? Any special sauces would also be greatly appreciated!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy a big pork loin, butterfly it, stuff with sauteed spinach w/garlic, roasted red pepper, and borsin cheese!. Then tie it up and roast in oven!. When you slice it after it cools a bit, it looks very pretty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Devil's Steak Sauce
2 tablespoons raspberry jam
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons malt vinegar
5 drops hot pepper sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a saucepan over high heat, blend raspberry jam, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, malt vinegar, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper!. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes, or until thickened!.
Pork Chop Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
2 ounces dry onion soup mix (1 Package)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons soya sauce (adjust to taste)
