Question: Which wine do you suggest with this meal!?

Trying to decide between sauvignon blanc and pinot grigio!.!.!.

I am serving an apple bar-b-q chicken dish with twice baked potatoes and grilled asparagus!. I am wanting a wine that which with that first sip- there is the sensation of biting into an apple!. Crisp, sweet but not too sweet!.
