1) Spa, many 16 years olds are into themselves. Hire a stylist to do hair, makeup, nails, makeovers...
2) Treasure hunt type of birthday, except, do trivia of movies, TV shows, celebrities, musicians, etc.
3) If the 16 year old is athletic, sports theme.
4) If you plan on getting the 16 year old a car, have a car theme. Games - guessing what model of car has this or that symbol. Which car is a SUV vs and 4 door sedan, etc.
