What foods (snacks) should i serve?!

Question:

What foods (snacks) should i serve?

Im having a PJ bridal party (4 people) at my house to discuss details of the wedding/shower/baclorette party. What snacks should i serve? (other then chips &dip) HOT or COLD

Answers:
Since it's a PJ party, have fun and go with that theme as far as your food.
Give everyone a large zip-lock freezer bag, and have them write their name on it. Have several items chopped up, such as bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, ham, cheese, etc...and give them each three whisked eggs to pour into their bags. Then have them go down the "assembly line" of goodies and put whatever they want into their bags. Have a large pot of boiling water on the stove, and each guest drops their sealed bag into the pot for exactly 13 minutes (at boiling). Open the bags, and roll out onto a plate. Voila! Custom made omelets. Serve some fresh fruit and toast with them, and it's delicious, and FUN to make!
Good luck! ;^)

chicken kebabs, fruit kebabs, a platter of fruit,

depends on what time the get together is really

perhaps bake a pizza urself

olives wrapped in bacon and then baked in the oven

fruit pizza

popcorn trail mix

little smokies in bar-b-q sauce

mini pizzas on english muffins

chocolate devils food cake with chocolate icing
chocolate chip cookies
carrot cake
or
brownies

Pita bread and spinach/artichoke dip - always a hit! Perhaps a mexican dip with nachos chips for dunking - you heat it right before serving so it's nice and hot. How about mini quiches? You can do spinach and/or cheese. And don't forget bruschetta - mmmmm!

raw veggies with hummus dip
Asparagus and cream cheese dip... mmm make it herbed cream cheese
Trail mix w/ nuts, raisins, cereal, choc chips

I like the buffet idea, but I would go all out and do a ice cream bar. 2 or 3 types of ice cream and small bowls of chopped oreos, sprinkles, nuts, m&ms....you get the idea. Don't forget the whipped cream. Start everyone out with some popcorn to get thier tastebuds salty and ready for sweets.....its a splurge for anyone figure concerned, but whats one night on the binge? And you can counteract a little with light or fat free yougurt or ice cream either one!!!

But above all, have fun, keep the snacks easy so EVERYONE can have fun!!!

XOXO Best wishes to the bride, Lissa

turkey/swiss or ham/swiss club sandwiches w/ a bridal themed toothpick, pigs in a blanket, fruits ( u guys gotta fit into ur dresses ) lol and lots of alcohol =0)

pizza is the best.

Hot = Big Macs

Cold = Triple Thick Milkshakes

How about chicken fingers, scallops wrapped with bacon, deviled eggs, cheese cubes, cut up veggies (carrots, celery, etc.), onion rings or mini bagel pizzas?

Do the "Chocolate Fountain" thing. Have Chocolate chip cookies, Strawberries, and Bananas to dip in there! YUM!

IF I WERE YOU I WOULD PUT OUT COLD CUTS . YOU ARE THERE TO DECIDE GREAT THINGS SO YOU DONT WANT TO EAT WARM DRINK WARM , YOU GIRLS WILL WANT TO STAY AWAKE
