Recently the NASA Space Station website was generous to provide a press conference link up with Emerill LaGasse. By doing so the Astronauts were praising Emerills choice of prepared meals with a good kick.

Sorry, don't know anything about them. Emeril's recipes always make me fart/pass gas. Wonder what a fart in a space suit is like?
