Cottage cheese?????????????!
is cottage cheese made out of spoiled milk!? i eat it all the time and im sure everyone has accidentally grabbed the milk out of the fridge and taking a big drink and it was spoiled and it didn't taste anything like cottage cheese plz someone help me!!! am i eating spoiled milk!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Technically, it is!. But there's something else they add to it!. Theoretically, if you left milk on the counter in a sealed jar for six weeks you'd get cottage cheese - but you'd also get a really bad smell that sticks to everything!. And I mean everything!.

(It's sort of like how Penicillin comes from mold!.!.!.but I wouldn't recommend letting your bread go moldy and then eating it because you want to avoid going to the doctor!. It's all just a little more complicated!.)
