the bottles of beer (lager or hopleaf) are both local beers, they sell around $1.50 for half pint as they dont have pint size bottles here. You can buy budwiser and other beers at approximately the same price depending on wether or not you are going to a local town bar or to a nightclub. Food can be cheap or it can be expensive, depending on what you are ordering. For the main part you can get really good cheap snacks to tide you over during the day. Hope this helps

Malta is cheaper then most countries. I never drink that here but i think it would cost around 1 pound to 1.50.
