What would go well with Chardonnay, chilled?!
I'm thinking of picking up pizza, but I've had pizza and Chardy before!. I have no problems with that!. Tonight though I really want to have something different!.
I don't have any date planned tonight!. I'm actually going to be eating with my mom and sister tonight!.
So what would be a nice meal that I can surprise them with, without leaving the house (cause my nephews would have to come too)!.

If you feel like cooking I would either bake a chicken, cook salmon, or cook scallops!.
Bake the chicken with a little wine, cream, and butter with a few spices
OR
Scallops saute them in butter/oil and add mushrooms!.
OR
Poach the salmon and add butter and capers!.
If you don't have time to cook pick up rotisserie chicken!. You can buy from Costco, Sam's club or a chain supermarket
