THE PARTY PLAN

1!. The morning of the day of the party bring everything you need for the party!. A little bit in advance buy Plastic cups, large bags of ice, and a wide variety of sodas!. Doritos, chips, pretzels, dip, tray of veggies, etc!.
Have a cooler ready too!. Bring plenty of beach chairs, blankets, towels, etc!. Bring some of those laurel flowers, fake or real, and string them around the site, streamers and colorful balloons are good too!. Set everything but food and drink up there, and keep it protected for the time being (wind!.) Set up a fire pit!. Make it round and wide, of stones!. Cover the bottom with dry grass, lighter fluid, dry wood, birch bark, and small dry twigs!.

2!. Half an hour before have a parent or a friend bring over the cooler of drinks, the snacks and such!. also burn a C!.D!. of great songs, or make a play listt of them, and bring a really loud speaker there!. Make sure there's plenty of music!.

3!. If you can get some way of bringing your BBQ to the beach, that's best!. When your parents bring the food, have them bring the hot dogs, and burgers, cheese, condiments, buns!. Have them get it running so it's ready!. Have them bring whatever kind of desert you want!. I'd recommend a large cake for everyone, but ice cream in the ice cooer is good too!.

4!. Of course, you're guests will need something to do!. Set up tables and chairs, leave cards!. Around your fire pit, put lots of blankets around so your guests can dance and have fun near the fire!. Always have music playing, in an order fit to the schedule!. First some light music, then loud rock and dance music, and then soften it a bit!.

5!. Have everyone dropped of to the limo at a place near everyone!. Like the park, or possibly your house!. Have good music going in the limo!. Tell everyone to bring some jackets to keep warm!.

6!. Once you get there, Light the fire, and start the music!. After a little bit, put one the grill, and start cooking!.

7!. Have fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

has this been ok'd by your parents!?!? I would think the cost of a limo would be a little much!.!.!. its not like they will pick you up and then just drop you off!.!.!. the bonfire will last!.!.!. what 3-4 hours!? plus the 4 hours of driving!.!.!.

If that really what you want then have them meet at your house and be picked up by the limo there or have the limo pick you up and then go around and pick up the friends one by one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Unless you hire someone or have someone you know go to the beach ahead of time to set up for you you'll have to set it up when you get there!. As for the limo, have your friends all meet at your house and then go to the beach from there have them dropped off at home on the way back though so the parents don't have to come to pick them up!. As for the bon-fire that's a toughy! I live on the beach, we do them every 4th of july however, the weather and tide play a huge part of things, not to mention if it will be allowed by the authorities!. Usually they are not allowed by the fire dept!. Check this out before your birthday so you aren't bummed out when they come in and kick you out!Www@FoodAQ@Com

ditch the limo idea!. (i suggested something on your other question about this same topic as far as cars/transportation goes!.)

typically, most bon fires i've been to have actually been in backyards - is there anyway you can find a friend's house to do this at instead of the beach!? the beach is far away, and it's always colder by water - and who knows who can show up if it's in such a public place!. (plus, are beaches even open in november!?)!. personally, i'd much rather have a bon fire at someone's house - that way if there ARE weather issues, you & your friends can always go inside (plus, there are bathrooms!.)

also!? i've been to a few bon fires myself - and what we've usually done is drink (alcohol - but in your case, hopefully sparkling wine or soda!), sang/played guitar, and just talked & caught up!. sometimes, we'd stop & play volleyball games and things like that, too - but it really just depends on what you & your friends like to do!.
anyways, good luck! =]Www@FoodAQ@Com
