Have you ever gone through McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Jack & the Box, Wendy's, etc. and bought a hamburger and fries, pigged out. THEN went to another fast food restaurant and did the same - JUST BECAUSE DIETS SUCK!!!!

That is why diets suck...you feel as though your missing out on food so sometimes you bindge sooo bad. Why don't you just try to eat healther and exersice? When you tell yourself that you can't have this or that, it makes you want it more. So if you want a big mac then go get it and enjoy it, but exersice and work it off!

YES I HAVE I DID IT ALL IN SPITE OF THE DIETS. plus the fact that i have incredibly fast metabolism so it all works out FOOL.

Yeah. COming home from work one night I was starving. Stopped at Dick's Drive-in in Seattle, Double cheeseburger, fries, chocolate shake. Wolfed it down within a mile of getting back on the freeway. Stopped at the next exit, went to Wendy's and got a single cheeseburger, fries, and a frosty. Man, I was soooooo hungry! I don't make a habit out of this, however.
