Recipe for a room temperature party entree?!

Question:

Recipe for a room temperature party entree?

I have a small oven and so I can only put very little in there when preparing for a party. I have planned some cold dishes and some that I will warm on the stove top. Please suggest a tasty room temperature or cold party dish. Thanks for your help.

sorry hard question but i think 60

I know it's common, but I think a cheese and cracker plate, and fresh veggies and dip, always go over well.

how about a stuffed pasta dish...like shells...you could make them ahead of time and warm as needed...serve with a salad bar and bread....they take alot of time to make but it is an easy receipe

Bread bowl dips, meat and cheese platters, shrimp platters, baguette slices with olive oil and balsamic, any form of sandwiches?

Roll-ups:
ROAST BEEF:

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro or parsley
2 to 3 tablespoons minced banana peppers
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked roast beef

HAM AND TURKEY:

12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
4 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 pound thinly sliced fully cooked ham
1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked turkey

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cilantro, peppers and garlic. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of beef. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, carrot, zucchini and dill. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of ham and turkey. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
Slice into 1-1/2-in. pieces. Yield: 6-7 dozen.

go on www.yummyfood.net they have loads on there

deviled eggs are always good either cold or at room temperature....here is another great tip...get a small slow cooker that you can place on a counter top and plug in and let something like sweet and sour meat balls remain in the slow cooker and allow people to serve themselves from it..most slow cookers have a setting called"keep warm".......for delicious and EASY sweet and sour meat balls go to somewhere like Wal- Mart and get a couple of packs of those pre-cooked meatballs that only require warming up and place them in the slow cooker for a great sweet and sour sauce use 1 bottle of kraft hickory barbeque sauce and 1 jar of grape jelly dump the bbq sauce and jelly on to the meat balls and cook for 1 hour on low...then have the guests serve themselves from the slow cooker
