Party Works has just about anything that you could want.

You can also make them, napkins of party color stamped with a martini glass stamp and so forth.
Try Party City, they have all sorts of themed party supplies.
Not sure if this will help but oriental trading company has a catalog with lots of different things you can order for parties. They also have lots of different themes.
