Having an "at home" party...?!

Question: Having an "at home" party!.!.!.!?
Okay, so I vowed to never have a sales party at my house but my mom roped me into it!. So now, what do I serve as the refreshments!? Is there any kind of food that might inspire people to buy more of what the person is selling!? I can't do anything that needs to be served hot, I won't be home early enough to do that!. I used to have these parties alllllll the time!. Cubed cheese and crackers (you can do cubed salami too if you want), salsa and chips are always good and inexpensive (i put cream cheese in with the salsa, it's always a hit), veggies are always a hit (just go to the grocery store and cut them yourself, it's cheaper), coke, diet coke, and water!. I always put a little candy out or brownies or cookies for a little dessert!. Not too much, but enough for people to snack on!. If you want to get super hostessy you can do spinach dip (i can give you a great and simple recipe) with pumpernikel bread, and little weiners in a bun! Good Luck and let me know if you have any questions!!

By the way- you can cut the veggies the night before and put them on the platter and throw them in the fridge!. You can cut the cheese the night before too! When you walk in the door from work you can dump the salsa and cream cheese into a bowl and dump the tostito's into another bowl, the brownies or cookies can be done the night before and the spinach dip can be done the night before and you can even cut the bread as long as you keep it sealed good!. Very simple!. If you get 2 liters just set them on your counter the night before with some cups!. Make sure you have enough ice in the freezer!. Youll just need paper plates, plastic cups and napkins and your good to go! Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you can't be @home when you need be:
make a list of your favorite restaurants, their websites, and check out their catering services, their policies (rules), limitations, and prices,
try asking your best friends, family, ect!. for help,
keep in mind about your guests and their preferences, food allergies (for a good, and memorable party), and
don't rush things or waste time, or "cut corners", but do try to cover all parts of your party!.
As for drink, alcohol is a bad idea for your party (you want all of your guests to have clear minds, as well as look good your part (you're thinking about their safe return home))!.
Hope these ideas help with your sales party!.
Best of luck!.
