i just realized i have a craving for nilla wafers dunked in some milk! i also love those Lorna Doone Shortbread cookies... mmmm!

Between the two I prefer the Lorna Doone's.
I use Nilla Wafers when I can't get my hands on lady fingers for Tiramisu. They work just as good.

I like them..there very good.
I used to like them butt ...we went our separate ways.
I do not like nilla wafers plain... HOWEVER, dip them in melted mint chocolate and they cure my craving for girlscout cookies !! AND much cheaper too !!!
I also use them ground up for my cheesecake crusts!

They're OK. Kinda bland. Gimme some Matt's chocolate chip cookies anyday. Or, heck, if you want to dunk...go with the ol' faithful: Oreos.
