Kid treats for halloween?!
i need ideas for my childs daycare halloween party!.!.!. !.!. no cupcakes are allowed, any ideas let me know!.!.and recipe 2 if you have one!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can change up the ol' rice krispie thing by using mars bars instead of marshmallow:
Mars Bars Treats
4 Mars bars (regular sized candy bars)
? c butter
4 c rice crispies
Melt candy bars and butter!. Stir in rice crispies!. Put into greased pan, and cut up and serve!. I would cut these into squares and use frosting to make a spider web - easier than using cookie cutters to make shapes!.
For a savory snack you can make these brooms:
Cheesy Witches Brooms
2 (11 oz!.) packages breadsticks (Pilsbury)
1/2 C!. shredded Parmesan cheese (or any cheese you want)
Separate breadsticks, and place on a baking sheet!. Flatten 1 end of dough, and cut dough into small strips to resemble a broom!. Sprinkle cut end with cheese!. Bake brooms at 375° F!. for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned!.
Naming everything something gross is good too!.!.!. veggies sticks become troll/witch/monster fingers, ranch dip is bug juice, etc!.!.!.

You could make brownies, the recipe should be on the box!. also as for a decoration, get some coconut and dye it green, afterwards sprinkle it on top of the brownie cake, then get bars of white chocolate and with some frosting write names or RIP, since they'll act as the tombstones!. Or make dirt worms- Just make some chocolate pudding- the pudding packet mixed with milk and you're done!. then get some oreos and crust them, after wards put the chocolate pudding in some small cups with the crushed oreos as the top layer and to top it off just add a gummy worm!.

cream cheese or white frosting colored with red and yellow food coloring to make Orange
black jell decorators frosting
Frost each cracker with the orange gunk and decorate them with the black to have pumpkin faces

Mummy's:
lil smokies
bread dough (refrigerated bread sticks or biscuits work good) Cut in to thin strips
wrap the strips around the smokies to resemble mummy's bake until lightly brown!.!. us ketchup and mustard to make faces (use a tooth pick to apply)

baby carrots (dry with a paper towel)
cream cheese
sliced almonds

Jello jigglers are always a big hit with the kids!. The recipe is on the back of the box!. I make orange and black (really purple) for halloween and cut them out with pumpkin, bat and cat cookie cutters!. they love them!Www@FoodAQ@Com
