What is a great margarita recipe?

The tequila thread got me salivating. So, what are your favorite Margarita recipes? Here's my favorite "summer" margarita recipe. I go more traditional in the other seasons. It's hard to beat this on a hot day/night.
1. Fill blender almost to top with ice.
2. Add 3/4 cup tequila (Sauza Hornitos is my preference).
3. Add 1/4 cup Grand Marnier. (May be able to substitute triple sec/cointreau, etc. Personally, I think its better with GM, but you could probably use orange juice and it would still be good)
4. Add 3/4 cup sprite (must be sprite, no 7-up, fresca, etc.)
5. Add 6 oz. of frozen limeade.
6. Blend.
7. Drink. (I think the salted rim helps a lot).
8. Repeat steps 1-7.
The sprite actually does not make it sweeter. Instead, it gives the drink a kind of frothy consistency somewhere between a margarita on the rocks and a typical frozen margarita.

Jimmy Buffet Style Margarita
This recipe is adapted from Jimmy Buffet's web site. His recipe asks you to use his own brand of Tequila and a specific brand of triple Sec and orange Curaco. But you can use what you find at your local liquor store.
1) Fill shaker with broken, cubed ice
2) Squeeze 2 fresh lime wedges into shaker
3) Add 2 oz of Tequila Oro
4) Add 1/2 oz Tequila Blanco (for bite if you wish)
5) Add 1 1/4 oz of lime cordial
6) Add 1/2 oz of Triple Sec
7) Add a splash of orange Curacao
8) Cover shaker and shake vigorously
9) Rim glass with lime peel and salt, add fresh ice
10) Strain mixture over ice
11) Squeeze in 1 lime wedge
12) Enjoy
