i don't have a favorite. when we entertain i serve the following and there are never any left overs;
roasted chicken pieces coated in coconut, spring onions and hot pepper sauce.
cold rice with mixed peppers, beans and cabbage.
goat curry.
Veal and orange casserol with mushroom potatoes(sliced potatoes layered with fried mushrooms in garlic,covered in milk and cream then cook in the oven)
I love to go to Montana's for their Spinach dip. It's orgasmic. Also Bean bake and many more I make myself like Holiday foods. Pizza and hockey.
