Need Help With Themes For A 13th Birthday Party!?!

* Florescent Colors like: Bight yellow, orange, greens etc!.
For awesome effects, you can add a disco ball! The black lighting will make every dot glow!
You can also have florescent colored!.!.!.!.
* Make-up
* Glow in the Dark Accessories
* Glow in the Dark Paint
Put these all out on a table for people to grab!

I'm about to turn 13 and I'm using the number as a theme!. I'm making it kinda like superstitious!. All you have to do is make the place you're dancing at with dim lights and look up some superstitions!. Like you can have salt shakers on their side scattered, ladders, fake black cats, the number 7 and the number 13 hanging on walls for luck and unlucky!. umm!.!.!.how about trying a paint party like you get to do music and put paint on th drums and play them and paint will be everywere or you can do a glowstick party
