How to have a party when i live in an apartment?!

Does you apartment building have some kind of community room or other area to hold the party!? If not, find some other location as suggested like a bowling alley, skating rink etc!. Some restaurants have a "back section" or meeting room area that you might be able to use as long as you are eating there!. Another thought would be to a place that caters to such events, though usually for a slightly younger crowd, Usually pizza and games for a package price!.
If you plan to have the party at your apartment, keep the hours reasonable so that the neighbors wont have to deal with the noise of a dozen people leaving at midnight, It wouldnt hurt to talk to the neighbors and let them know you are having a party and what time it would be ending, people are more likely to be tolerant if they know what is going on!. Wouldnt hurt to invite the neighbors, even though you know they probably wont come!. I remember a guy who used to throw some wild parties at his house (he had to obtain a noise permit from the city!) and would invite the neighbors!. Just have a party like normal, but everybody has to either whisper or act like mimes!. also everybody must wear wireless earphones to rock to the music!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
