Decoration ideas for 21st at beach house?!
I am having my 21st in a while at our beach house and was looking for some decoration ideas etc!. i though everyone could wear white then decorate the rest bright!? i live in South Africa so we can start drinking from 18 so it's not so much about gettin pissed!. should i do something on the beach itself!? or just on the grass infront of the house!? or both!?!?
