I need ideas on candy for halloween trick or treaters?
They always get the same little mini candies. Please give me more ideas to make my treat unique.

One dollar bills or Mini Toothpaste with mini dental floss.
Kids get all excited when they get money. Should see their eyes. Cute.
When I was young trick or treating, I went to this lady's home and she didnt have any candy so she gave me her change. It was enough to get bubble gum.
I stuff bags. I get candy, stickers, balloons, etc from the dollar store or Wal Mart.
Brachs candy?
A can of soda or a juice box generally goes over well - we only have about 40 come to our door so it's not too bad.
reasese cups are my favorite
I dont think the kids care, but the previous answer is nice if
it makes you feel better. Dont try to make any candy to give
out on your own. It should and will be thrown out. Just search
the shelves in the supermarket for different things.
well, does it have to be candy at all? no, I am not suggesting the toys and other things that somepeople try to do now, because, yes kids eat too many sweets, but there are times i say, let them, haha...but I was thinking something like little sealed packets of cookies, or even individual little debbie variety treats, just to be different, or if you go to Sam's, you can get boxes of 40 individual sized microwave popcorn, that they can pop later themselves, and at halloween, it comes in orange bags with black spiders or bats or something on it...the box of 40 is about 6 dollars...and if you don't give them all out, at least it is a fairly healthy snack that will be left in your pantry, haha, not tempting chocolate. there are popcorn balls you can buy premade, or rice crispies treats, too.
I'd say have 2 buckets; 1 with candy and one with little tricks (spiders, fake eyeballs, mini pencils) you know, goofy stuff; perhaps get another "trick" bowl for really young ones with coloring books and crayons...When I was a kid, all the Italian men in the neighborhood used to give us candy and change...like .50cents or a buck! That was better then all the candy...
little bags of chips are fun
anything that's sweet and good!
My Mom always used to give out Rubber toys from the dollar store, like skeletons or spiders. I never really enjoyed the change people gave out, pennies didn't buy me anything.
But I believe they sell Teddy Graham crackers in individual bags now, Its not the average "tiny chocolate bar" but yummy anyway, So are those "gogurt" tubes which are fun for snacks when they head back to school the next day!
Remember. Anything hand made will get thrown out, So keep your gifts & candies & chocolates to store bought things, If you are really wanting to stand out Craft your own bag(or basket) of goodies & fill it with things then give the children that.
snack cakes--brownies, twinkies..
well, as a kid, there was one house i wanted to go to every year cause they gave me money!!!!
My kids once got these finger puppets a little old lady made they were soo cute and she gave them to everyone stuck over a lollipop. Maybe something like Orange boucy balls with with hats and stems stuck on them,
