How do i respond to a wedding invitation when the card is blank?
Answers:
I guess you don't. Do you know who its from at least. If that's the case I would call them up and let them know what's up.
By not going. If they didn't take the time to write you something, they probably barely know you and just want the gifts.
OR
If you know them and think they made a mistake, just mention it casually to them and go to the wedding and have fun.
How was the envelope addressed?
what card?
if you know who the card is from then
write your name on the invitation & write 1 if you
are the only one going or 2 if you & a guest of yours
are going then send it to whomever it should be sent to
have a good time !
The more traditional response cards are left blank for the recipient to write a response. Simply write, " [your name] will attend with pleasure" or "[your name] will regretfully not attend." You may also include a note to the sender if you know them personally. If you are going with a guest, include the guest's name as well.
a blank rsvp card? Too funny, just show up and have a great time at the wedding/reception...if that is what you want to do.
dont respond and the person who sent it will realive they made a mistake.
Tara nailed it.
you dont
They need to know who is coming for dinner, your names if you are a miss or a Mrs.
So...like this:
Mr and Mrs. John Smith and their two children Max and Carrie will attend for dinner and reception following the wedding ceremony.
Best Regards,
Mrs. John Smith (or) Annie Smith
If you mean that you don't have the return address...I would just call a family member and get it.
Tara you nailed it! Brava! Everyone else (or just about) should learn how to use the internet for answers to their questions. People can be so dim sometimes.
