Question:

What foods (snacks) should i serve?

Im having a PJ bridal party (4 people) at my house to discuss details of the wedding/shower/baclorette party. What snacks should i serve? (other then chips &dip) HOT or COLD
(asked this before but would like more answers)

Answers:
Since it's a small group, a meal might be easier to serve; you could go really simple and make baked chicken, rice pilaf, a veggie and brownie sundaes for dessert.

If it's an after-dinner party, how about a platter with grapes, cheese, and crackers; a bowl of olives; a platter with a few bite-sized veggies (carrots, celery, cuke, broccoli, peppers) and dip (french onion chip dip or ranch dressing perhaps). And for something sweet, brownies? Hershey's Dark Chocolate - from the box - are great. And popcorn / party mix are always fun to munch. Have fun with drinks, too!

CHEESE FONDUE W/ BREADS
CHOCOLATE FONDUE W/ FRUITS

What about mushroom turnovers (you can buy some at the store) or cucumber sandwiches, stuff like that?

Hot = Big Macs

Cold = Triple Thick Milkshakes

you should make some rice crispie treats, smores, brownies, & cookies

Any fondue.
Shrimp, beef, pork with a sweet & sour fondue.
Veggies in a good cheese fondue.
Pigs in a blanket. Small sausage wrapped in canned biscuits then baked.
Poppers Jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese, breaded then fried (can be bought in the frozen food section, then baked

Shrimp cocktail
cheese and crackers
seedless grapes and assorted chopped fresh fruit.
bacon wrapped waterchestnuts (hot with the tooth pick)
Also have a French or European style loaf of bread. A baguette is what I think they are called.
This can be left out on a board to be cut as needed.
Fine lunch meats (procuitto etc, and nice cheeses work well for finger sandwiches.

And of course several bottles of interesting wine.

little debbies snack cakes

well tea sandwiches are good or try a roll up so good and not to expensive all you need is flat bread any you like and meat what ever the ladies like baby spinach and spreadable cheese put cheese on bread all other ingredient roll up and slice into smaller rounds put on a plate with garnish of fresh veggies or fruit little smokies in bbq sauce heated is good
hope this helps a bit and good luck

homemade bruscetta on toast always a hit.

Saute 2 garlic cloves with 1/2 diced white onion.
seed and dice 10 roma tomatoes
mince basil and chives
when garlic and onions are slightly transluciant remove from heat add tomatoes and basil mix well transfer to bowl salt add chives and chill. Serve on toasted bread brushed with olive oil and rubbed with garlic. MMmmm good.

I also love taking goat cheese and thinning it a bit with heavy cream. Then i season it with pepper and chives. Scoop it onto individual basil leaves and top with roasted pine nuts and diced tomatoes.

Proscuitto wrapped asparagus

Assorted hard cheese, grapes, pears

and finally wine. Enjoy
