Im having a sweet sixteen party this summer. and I want it to be fancy. what should I do to spice it up. any silly details would be appreciated!

Have a really big party with music and stuff..
Or have a hotel party. I usally have those.

You could have a black and white affair to make if more elegant and sophisticated or, you could have a tea party theme everyone (girls) could wear long dresses with hats and guys some nice slacks. You could serve cucumber sandwiches and sweet tea!
