A fast easy Holiday cookie receipe?

Please help!! I need a couple easy Holiday cookie receipes. Please only incude simple and easy with few ingredients.

Quick Easy cookies

1 cup margarine
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
colored sprinkles


Cream margarine, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and flour.
Mix well; add vanilla.
Shape into long rolls.
Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Slice and dip in colored sugar sprinkles.
Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
Can be used with a cookie press

Rice Crispies and chocolate

um well of course if you want it fast you buy some sugar cookie dough and some red and green sprinkles and some red and green iciing then you cook the cookies and make a x-mas tree or somethin else on the cookie w/ the iciing and put the sprinkles on the iciing.

Make Peppermint Brittle : @ just 2 ingredients !!!

Just melt white chocolate or almond bark and toss in some crushed up peppermint candies. Stir and spread in a pan on waxed paper. Let set and break apart and serve.

You can do variations of this too by using dried fruits and nut... the combinations are many !

OLGA's SUGAR COOKIES:
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
In a large bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture until well blended. Chill dough for 1 to 2 hours. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Place on greased baking sheets or parchment paper. Sprinkle with colored sugar or leave plain to frost later. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.

ESTHER's FUDGE BALLS:
2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer cookies, made into crumbs
1 cup (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Chocolate Sprinkles
Crush vanilla wafer cookies in a plastic bag with a rolling pin or process in food processor into crumbs and set aside. Stir chocolate chips in a bowl over hot water or use a double boiler; until melted. Stir in corn syrup. Add vanilla, evaporated milk, confectioners sugar, cookie crumbs and nuts and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll into chocolate sprinkles to coat. Place on wax paper to set.

Cornflake Wreath Cookies Recipe
1/2 C. butter
3 C. miniature marshmallows
1/2 t. almond extract
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1 t. green food color
4 C. corn flakes
red hot candies
Melt butter, add marshmallows, stirring until all marshmallows are melted. Add extracts and food coloring; stir until it is a uniform green color. When mixture is smooth, add corn flakes; mix well but gently so as not to crush the cornflakes. Form into wreath shapes on sheets of waxed paper, decorate with red cinnamon candies. Let cool.

subway has cookies three for a dollar. go ask them how much a platter is and buy their cookies. they are soft and soo good.
