Drinks fountains.rate them and ideas for what to put in them?!
thinking of buying a drinks fountain!. are they any good !.And does anyone have any good cocktail/punch ideas for them !. Www@FoodAQ@Com

i bought mine at wilkinsons for less than 20 pounds for my private hen night last december!. it's way cheaper than the ones from debenhams or john lewis or argos!. it was a nice centre piece with the lights and everything!. down side was that it has this humming sound of the motor (but not really disturbingly loud)!. my friend mixed smirnoff vodka with robinson's squash and water plus ice!. nice!.
same friend wanted to use it for his stag and planned to use beer!. i disagreed with his idea telling him it would froth all over!. we didn't had the chance to try it though!. hehe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah! we half a cocktail fountain which lights up - its real cool =] and dirt cheap!
heres a good coctail:
Ocean Breeze:
Serves 1
1 measure white rum
1 measure Amaretto
1/2 measure blue Curacao
1/2 measure pineapple juice
crushed ice
soda water
1!. Shake the first four ingredients together over ice!.
2!. Pour ice a tall glass and top up with soda water to taste!.
Watch out cos its quite strong! I had it for my birthday and everyone seemed to like it =]
