What is the difference between regular chocolate and baking chocolate?!

What is the difference between regular chocolate and baking chocolate?

BAKING CHOCOLATE IS UNSWEETENED

Baking chocolate is not sweetened, presuming by regular chocolate you mean candy bar types.

Regular chocolate has milk, sugar and cocoa in it. Baking chocolate, you have to most likely add sugar because when you bake regular chocolate, it loses a lot of it's taste. When you bake baking chocolate and add the ingredients and bake it, it comes out tasting like regular chocolate.

Baking chocolate usually has a higher cocoa content. It is richer and much more tasty.

baking chocolate is not sweetened like regular chocolate is...because when a recipe calls for baking chocolate there are usually other ingredients called for like sugar(s) things like that.

bakeing chocolate is SO BITTER!!!! YUK!!!! there barley if any sugar added to it.

Baking has less sugar, meant for cooking.

Is unsweetened, but you can easily arrange that, besides is really cool, and nice treat to do for a special ocassion or just to have fun.
