No flour cookies for Christmas what do you think?
For diabetics I found a cookie recipie i want to share. tell me what you think.
Granola Recipie Cookies
3 c granola 3 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp vanilla extract or almond
3Tbs brown sugar
preheat oven 350 beat egg whites add cream of tarter slowly mix in brown sugar and vanilla extract beat until soft peaks form fold in granola 1/2 c @ a time until blended well. place tablespoon full on greased cookie sheet bake 20 min until golden. cool and store in air tight container.
enjoy without raising your blood sugar
