What else is there besides a roast, turkey, ham, duck or cornish hens?

We do Pasta at Christmas , lasagna , steak , stew, seafood IE fish lobster crabs clams.
Goose or a nice crown Pork Roast.Anything can be dinner at Christmas.
Prime rib is another great meat for your dinner and it doesn't take all day to cook , goes with all the trimmings too!
Well here in Texas we have something called a Turducen. It's a turkey stuffed with a duck and chicken. I've never had one but I hear that they are good. I might get one for Christmas this year and try it.
