Centerpiece for 50th birthday party?!

It depends how you want to approach it serious or funny !.My two aunts took different approaches!.One went funny she decorated in black with a lot of over the hill jokes!.She had people give gag gifts like Ben Gay Bifocals ,large print books!.baby food denture cream (he doesn't need glasses or denture cream)!.My other aunt went more elegant she went with gold and white theme had people dress up in nice clothes like you would wear to a fancy place!.She asked us to donate the cost of a gift to his favorite charity!.the meal was catered!.Both were great partiesWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'm 49, and all my life I've always heard family at funerals say, it's a shame that we waited this long for all of us to get together!.!. and under these circumstances!.
I think a party that celebrates that person's life through all stages, with friends from each stage that are close enough to have come to the funeral, and all the family!. Do it buffet and have everyone bring a dish!. Have a great time and mingle with family and old friends!. Then later instead of wishing they had gotten together sooner, they would be remembering the good times when they last got together!.
Make the centerpiece a collection of small things that they treasure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hi Debbie!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.male or female!? If a male is he imaginative or sexual, there is an idea for you, same with if the birthday person is female!. I tend to keep away from the standard flower arrangements, and go with a bit of humor!. The best I have seen was prepared by a sign writer artist, that was a Viagra Box, measured about 3' X 2'6'' X 9"!. inside were little packaged thank you pastries for the guests!. You would have laughed to be there and seen it, was well done!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
