Xmas partys- what to wear?!

Question:

Xmas partys- what to wear?

I'm going to my work's xmas party soon and don't know what to wear, whats pple wearing this year?

Answers:
Christmas Parties are fun and most times it's not a good idea to dress up too much. Better to aim for "middle ground" and feel comfortable.
No need to wear red and green either. Black, Gold or Silver tops are popular every year and all go nicely with black skirt or pants.
I'd suggest you keep it simple and wear comfortable heels 'cause you could be standing around for a long time or dancing the night away. And remember, it's safer to be under dressed than "over dressed" so stay away from the lskimpy tight fitting dress.
Best thing is to keep it simple, have fun and don't drink too much!
Have a lovely Christmas.

an x'mas hat, red jacket with white t-shirt in it and a baggy santa's pants.

Christmas party wear should be either red.black or green. If its not too cold go with the cute little dress but a nice pant suit is always acceptable.

same as last year ... i dont see any difference...

if single wear nothing and you will pull

Im wearing some jeans with a cream vest top and my cream knee high boots. They will be under my jeans so you will only see a bit of my boots.

you can never go wrong with a nice pair of black pants, and a red festivity red sweater, its simple and, will be comfortable and you wont feel, over dressed, or under dressed. good luck

Get a super man costume, The one with the thing that blows the cloak, to make it seem as though you are flying,,, your colleagues are gonna be green with envy.......

Red sweater and frillies but at the end of the party you might be down to stockings==you wish!!!!!?

Santa Claus costume ? white & red dress.

Inexpensive but classy......do you have a typical little black dress? Go by a craft store such as Michaels and buy a wide red satin ribbon spool, enough to wrap around your waist or higher, and tie in a bow.

Festive and fun, black skinny slacks with black boots, black shell and red blazer or sweater.

Or, either of the above all black with some patent leather sling black peep toe pumps and red clutch.

first and foremost darling, don't take Christ out of Christmas. Now formal dresses are quite acceptable but if you don't like dresses you can also wear a dressy pants suit. However it would be good to ask others at work what they are wearing so you don't dress out of place .

Topshop have some fantastic dresses and they will be fashionable! Gold is big this festive season so get yourself down your local topshop or topshop.co.uk and buy online! Good luck
