Where can I find venison in Fayetteville,North Carolina?!

Question:

Where can I find venison in Fayetteville,North Carolina?

I'd love to make a roast and some jerky,a few other things, for christmas. Unfortunately none of us have any time to go hunting. Help? =)

Answers:
Find your local taxidermists. They will be swamped this time of year with business and will be able to steer you to a local hunter that has good fresh meat.
Another solution might be the "Iwanna" paper. I am not sue if you have one in Fayetteville, but we do up here in Asheville, and they have expanded. Its a local free paper and you can advertise for most anything. If not the Iwanna, then a similar newspaper that has free offerings.

Find someone that processes wild game and see if they have received any deer that were donated to them. You might get the whole deer for the cost of prosessing.

Check with a local health food store. I live in Hickory, NC and we have a health food store that sells venison steaks. This could be sliced to make jerky. Our placed is called The Health Hut.

Seriously, cabrito (kid or young goat meat) tastes just like venison, only more tender. Try it! You will like it.
