How about startiing with a nice bottle of wine and some quality cheese and crackers, then have a nice small steak and baked potato with a salad!. Some strawberries and poundcake with a fondue of melted chocolate would be good!. Look up fondue on the net!. Maybe you could do fondue the whole meal!? That would be romantic!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think Italian is a great choice!. Its romantic!. Light a few candles and have a bottle of wine with it!.

How about getting some bow tie pasta (or any neat shaped pasta's) and just do a simple pasta dish like olive oil, garlic, chicken, parmesan cheese and basil!. Serve with a cesar salad and some french bread!. Make a dipping sauce for the french bread!. Such as olive oil with mashed up garlic in it and balsamic vinegar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This was something my Grandmother made!.

Buy turkey or chicken cutlets!.
Flatten each cutlet!. Put a piece of thin sliced swiss cheese on each!. Top with a piece of ham!. Roll & use 2 or 3 toothpicks to hold in place!.
Then roll then in Italian seasoned breadcrumbs!. Put in a pyrex with a little white wine!. Cover & bake for approx!. 30 to 40 minutes!.

Don't forget the top of your wedding cake for dessert!.
