I am looking at a Tast of Home magazine!. There are all kinds of brunch recipes for "breakfast bakes" !. Many of them say you can put together the night before so all you have to do is throw it in the oven in the AM!. Take a look at www!.tastofhome!.com and see if there is anything that you would be interested in!. There are too many, that sound good, for me to type to you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This recipe is so easy and is prepared the day before!. In the morning, just put it in the oven and it will be ready to serve!.

EGGS STRATA

14 slices white bread, trimmed and cut into cubes
shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
cubed ham or cooked, crumbled bacon

Layer the above ingredients in a large baking pan!.

Mix:
8 eggs
3 to 4 C milk
dry mustard

Pour over dry ingredients!. Leave refrigerated overnight!.

Bake 45-60 minutes @ 375!.degrees!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would do breakfast casseroles - eggs, sausage, potatoes, cheese!. A fruit platter that you can buy would be best!. Some muffins/bagels/croissants with cream cheese/butter!. Done!. I wouldn't bother making pancakes!. And if people ask if they can bring something!.!. say YES!! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
