I need to prepare a lunch for 15-20 people on a budget. Help!?!

Question: I need to prepare a lunch for 15-20 people on a budget!. Help!!?
I have volunteered to make lunch for 15-20 people over 5 days!. They are doing a training course involving physical and mental exercises so the food has to be quite substantial!. I am making the food at home and transporting it so it can't be too complicated!. On top of all that I said that I'd pay as it is a charity organization!. I realise now that this is quite a lot more work than I first thought and I am stumped for ideas!. Help me !!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
do pastas, as long as you cook the noodles al dente and not to a mushy mess it should transport well!.!.!.!.also can do meat loaf, mashed instant potatoes and peas!.!.!.!.!.one day do a salad and buy rotisserie chickens, shred the meat yourself and toss on top of the salad with diced tomatoes
make a few pork roasts!.!.!.!.slice thinly serve with a steamed vegetable medley

remember for lunch portion sizes can be smaller, because if they get their bellies full they'll get sleepyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Easy stuff!.

Day 1 - Salad and Spaghetti w/ garlic bread
*Chop up a light salad (lettuce, carrots, and cucumber) with oil & vinegar, get a couple boxes of pasta, some tomato sauce, a couple loafs of cheap garlic bread!.

Day 2 - Soup and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
*Get a few loafs of bread, a few packs of cheese and several large cans of soup!.

Day 3 - Chili and Hot Dogs
*Buy the big cans of chili, a few large bags of buns, and a few packs of hot dog meat, don't forget the ketchup & mustard!

Day 4 - Macaroni and Cheese with potato chips
*Several Mac&Cheese boxes and a few bags of chips!.

Day 5 - Broccoli Alfredo w/ garlic bread
*Get several boxes of pasta, a couple bunches of broccoli, several cans of alfredo, and a couple loafs of garlic bread!.

That should keep the cost relatively low, you also might want to ask them who's going to supply the forks, plates, napkins, etc!. also, shop at a Costco, a 99 Cents store, or at Target (Target's food are cheaper than most)!.

Hope that helps! Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
