Any ideas for surprise birthday party?!

Question:

Any ideas for surprise birthday party?

Answers:
If it is in the evening, have everyone dress in white and decorate everything white, white table settings, a white cake, white flowers, streamers, balloons, and white party favors like white chocolates or white nougats. Serving white food is not necessary.

Or have an "Arabian nights theme".. lay out rugs and have floor cushions all over and a low-standing table. Decorate by using embellished and decorative fabrics hanging everywhere instead of streamers. Light lots of candles, and serve Mediterranean food like hummus and pita, gyros/ shawerma, feta cheese salads, grape leaves spinach pies and more that you can find online. Ask guests to dress in bright colors. Have some instrumental music playing in the background. Give out mixed dried fruits and nuts as party favors.

Turn the birthday into a deathday.

Have the party in the back room of a favorite restuarant and decorate in the persons favorite theme.
