#3!. What are some good tips for making a brie!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
1!. The tequila is fine, it still would be if opened!. If you're doing shots get some fresh limes and salt!. To mix get a good margarita mix!.

2!. If you don't have a cake holder either metal or plastic, stick several toothpicks in the cake and put a couple layers of plastic wrap over it!. If its sitting out a few hours it should be fine, they can sit for 12-24 in bakeries!.

3!. You can buy brie already with a dough around it that you just pop in the oven and bake!. Usually called brie en croute!. I've also had it wrapped in fillo dough or have seen people use Pillsbury crescent rolls and wrapped it in a thin layer and baked!.

Brie is great uncooked too, served cold with apple slices or grapesWww@FoodAQ@Com

1!. Yes, if it is sealed it is fine to still drink!.

2!. Either make an ice cream cake and store in freezer, or place in air-tight container, or in a tupperware container in the fridge or freezer!. Air tight is the best, if you freeze a non-icecream cake it may be a little soggy after dethaw!.

3!. Get pillsbury crescent roll dough, roll out flat (do not make crescents)!. Place Brie on top of dough in center!. Place topping on top of brie!. Take edges of crescents and fold over!. Bake 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes!.

mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, olive oilWww@FoodAQ@Com

1- yes the tequila is still ok to drink

#2- you can store it on the counter (with a lid) but I would put it in the fridge, especially if you're going to frost it first!. p!.s!. if you plan on frosting before work, make sure you bake it pretty early because it has to be completely cooled before frosting!.

#3- buy the brie!Www@FoodAQ@Com
