Halloween party food ideas?!


Question: Halloween party food ideas!?
I'm having a mini party at my house for halloween!. There will be a mixture of children and adults!. I would like to do halloween themed foods but all the recipes i found on the net seem to be all for sweet things!. Any ideas!? Some of the guests are vegetarianWww@FoodAQ@Com

make a green or red jelly and mix in jelly sweets such as spiders, brains, etc!. We did that a few years ago for an 'ugly bug ball' - it looked very cool!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a cheese ball, and mold it into a ball; put ridges in the sides with a flat butter knife; stick a small piece of celery in the top and serve with crackers !.!.!.!.!.

PUMPKIN PIE DIP
1 8-oz!. softened cream cheese
2 c!. powdered sugar
1 15-oz!. can pumpkin pie filling
1 tsp!. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp!. ground ginger
Apple & Pear slices and Gingersnaps for dipping
Beat cream cheese & sugar with electric mixer until very smooth; add rest of ingredients and beat well!. Chill at least 8 hours!.!.!.!.

The Food Network is having Halloween ideas all week; and Martha Stewart (Fine Living channel) had an hour-long show last weekend with lots of ideas!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yep I am having a hallowe'en party!. For food I am making horrible hash and gruesome gruel!. The horrible hash is stovies, (delux) and the gruesome gruel is carrot/onion and yellow split pea soup with a tom yum cube, makes it nice and spicy!. I am making huge quantities though, so this is food for the masses (12 ) which in my family is lots!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

my mom made these little hot dogs that had Pillsberry crosaunt wrapped around them and mustard faces (so they looked like mummies) one year for my Halloween party

you could also make a dip and put it in a bread bowl and cut red, orange, and yellow peppers in slices and place them under it like a witches cauldronWww@FoodAQ@Com
