Answers:
Whoopie pies - you can tint the filling red and green for some added holiday spirit.

You may find some ideas here : http://www.recipesforvegans.co.uk...

the easiest thing to bring, and something everyone can agree on, is dessert. you don't even have to make it yourself. pick up a pie, or cheesecake sampler, or brownies or bar cookies. sure to be a hit! and a great pick-me-up during office hours!

Bowl of mixed peanuts and chips, etc, etc. Everybody like the mixed bowl of stuff.

Chocolate cake with lots of frosting yum!

Bring a nice salad or maybe even a nice selection of cheese with crackers. You could also bring dessert.

REAL English Sherry Trifle! Great recipe at:

Take a selection of food. Pork Pie, Mince Pies, Sausage Rolls, etc. But make a list and ask people at your work to tick the list what they will be bringing to save any one else turnining up withl the same food.

SUE's EASY CHICKEN SQUARES:
2 (8 oz.) packages crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (5 oz.) can Premium Chunk White Chicken, drained, flaked
1 small tomato, deseeded and diced
1 cucumber, deseeded and diced
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll both cans of dough; Place and firmly press dough on bottom of ungreased cookie sheet; and up sides to form crust sealing the perforations by pressing the edges of the dough together with your fingertips to cover entire sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until crust is light golden brown. Set aside to Cool. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, and garlic. Mix until smooth. Spread cheese mixture on top of crust. Spread chicken evenly on top entire crust followed next with tomato, then cucumber. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Cut into small squares. Makes a great appetizer! Note: you may also substitute with Premium Chunk White Turkey or Ham.

STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD:
2 (3 ounces) packages Strawberry Flavor Jello
1 cup boiling hot water
2 (10 ounces) packages frozen strawberries
3 Bananas - mashed
1 (16 ounces) can crushed pineapple - drained
1/2 cup walnuts - chopped fine
1 pint (16 ounces) sour cream
Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add frozen strawberries to jello. Stir bananas, pineapple and walnuts into jello. Spread half jello mixture in 8"x8" pan. Cool slightly (it sets up quickly). Spread sour cream over cooled jello. Pour remaining jello on top. Refrigerate.

Meatballs, cookies, bars of some sort, brownies, pita chips with hummus dip, anything along those lines are good

Can't go worng with a fresh fruit plate. You can buy it or make it yourself.
