You can put it in a cooking/roasting bag. It's pretty easy. Go to www.Reynolds.com for the complete recipe.

It is already cooked, if you want it warm/hot to eat follow the directions on the ham. Doesnt take long.

A "fresh ham" is actually a pork roast. Treat it as raw pig, cook to about 160(F) with a nice glaze of your favorite preserves, brown sugar, molasses or even soft drinks!

My fave is Dr. Pepper mixed with crushed ginger snaps, packed on and baked at 350!

Best wishes.

I have two ways of cooking it. First way is boil it in enough water to just cover. Boil on low for about an hour. takes out a lot of the salt and makes it very moist.
Way two it to bake it. 325 F oven. I pour a mixture of brown sugar, mustard, and seven up or pineapple over the ham. I then take pineapple rings and with toothpicks apply rings all over ham. For decoration I sometimes put a cherry half in each ring. Bake about 30 minutes then baste with juice in pan. Bake until the crackling(if there is any) is a little crisp.

use the oven
