Pasta Spinach Salad

8 ounces pasta ; bowtie, penne, or other favorite
1/2 pound bacon*
4 roma tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 pound fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil
115 ounce can white beans, drained
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

Cook pasta according to package direction. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool, drain again. While pasta is cooking, chop bacon and scramble fry until crisp. Drain excess fat, remove bacon and blot on paper towel. Use a paper towel to blot out excess fat in fry pan. Add chopped tomatoes and crushed garlic to bacon pan. Cook and stir until tomatoes are slightly soft about 2 minutes. Add drained beans and chopped spinach, stir. Continue to cook just until spinach wilts, stirring constantly. Cool, but don't refrigerate. Combine chopped basil, cooked pasta, tomato mixture and crumbled bacon. Toss with cheeses. Salad is good served room temperature or cold. Do not leave salad at room temperature longer than 2 hours, refrigerate.

*Note: Bacon will increase fat content from approximately 4 grams per serving to approximately 10 grams per serving. It does add a nice smoky flavor to the salad, but is not necessary for a great taste.

Just boil some water in a kettle and when the water is boiling, add the desired amount of pasta (it will turn out to be alot more then what it looked like you put in). Once it looks tender (try a piece if you want but it will be hot) and once it is at the tendency you want it at, it should be done. Then add the seasonings or saucses you want.

Put the noodles in hot water with a little cooking oil and bring to boil about 10-15 minutes. Take 1-2 noodles out and eat to check for tenderness and if it is fully cooked, drain into a collander (strainer) and return to the pot then place the pot on a cold burner with the lid on to maintain the temp and to prevent moisture loss.

Easy Pasta

Ingredients

100g pasta
sun dried tomato paste or vegan tomato pasta sauce
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
soya milk
1 knob margarine
1 teaspoon vegan bouillon powder
salt
pepper

Boil the pasta until cooked (usually about 10 minutes).

Drain and add all of the other ingredients except the milk. Stir well and slowly add the milk until the sauce is runny enough to suit your taste. Simmer for 5 minutes adding more milk if necessary.

just make some simple pasta noodles, put water on the boil with a little salt and oil so the it already have flavor in it while it is cooking (TO KEEP THEM FROM STICKING TOGETHER AND THE PAN)and then add noodles to the boiling water(when it starts to boil). Cook until it is tender drain and pour cold water over them. ( if you don't then the noodles will continue to cook afterwards and turn to mush) . then you add your seansonigs and/or vegetables, sauce(sphagetti, alfredo, cheese sauce), and /or meat.

i dont cook much, but somtmes i i make pasta. i make it with pizza cheese and salsa and chili.

Somehow I don't think you're asking how you boil water and put noodles in it.

Here's a noodle recipe:

Egg noodles:

1 egg, plus 3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
In a large bowl, beat egg and yolks until light and fluffy. Add water and salt; mixing well. Stir in flour.
Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth. Divide into thirds. Roll out each portion to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut noodles to desired width.
Cook immediately in boiling salted water (or broth) for 7 to 9 minutes, or until tender. Drain and use as desired.
Makes about 5 1/2 cups.

Note: Uncooked noodles may be stored in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month.

If you ARE asking how to boil plain noodles from a bag, your best bet is to boil up the suggested amount of water (typically you don't want to put the water on a high setting on the stove, putting it on a lower setting and placing a lid over it gets better results and won't harm your cookware) and throw in the noodles for however long it says. Some people suggest adding salt to the water beforehand as well.

Always remember to blanche your noodles with cold water to rinse them so they don't get floppy and overcooked!

flour eggs, water. roll it into a dough and then seperate to make the pasta. then put it in the pan and boil it. somthing like that

Making fresh pasta is very time consuming. If you have to ask your best bet would be to buy it at the store and follow the directions on the box. Then you add your favorite sauce.
