Food Ideas needed! What should I make for my party?!

Question: Food Ideas needed! What should I make for my party!?
DH and I are having a small get together on saturday night!. We will have about 10 people here, and I was wondering if anyone had ideas for food I could make!. So far I am making meatballs, cocktail weiners, taco salad along with chips and salsa and stuff!. I need some more easy, appetizer like food ideas!. I am just going to make a bunch of small stuff and let people pick and choose as they want!.

I have fall themed desserts, and utensils and stuff!.!.!. if that makes a difference :) Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
cheese/pepperoni and crackers dish!.
deviled eggs!
veggie platter with dips
cold cup platter with rolls!
nachos/cheese
Fruit salad

Go to cotsco or BJ's wholesale club!. they have alot of appetizers to choose from and not expensive! Just pop in oven! They are good!. I use them for parties all the time!(the mini quiches are great, mozzarella sticks, egg rolls, breaded shrimp oven roasted, scallops with bacon, bagel bites, chicken wings, chicken fingers, etc!.)

I make this appetizer all the time and its good and easy to make! It's almost like a BRUSCHETTA!.

I buy the english muffins and put on a flat baking dish and toast in oven until toasted!. Last 2-3 minutes broil them so top gets crispy and dark! Take out of oven!. In a bowl, chop up tomatoes, and garlic in small pieces!.Drizzle olive oil over it! Season with salt, basil and oregano!. Can also use garlic powder!. Let it stand so tomatoes get flavor and then put on top of English muffins! YUMMY! (Can also do tuna fish on top of english muffins!) I like tomatoes!

GOOD LUCK!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

the themed stuff will make a good impression and be entertaining!. In this case your food will be a sort of catalyst for entertainment, it should accompany the company well ;)!. Pizza is great, how about gourmet pizza (rosemary chicken, bbq bacon, shrimp scalapini) cut up into small rectangles!? When i think small entertaining food, i think bold exciting flavors that will cover a wide spectrum and keep your guest interested and satisfied!. A good thing to do is pita with thin slices of lamb or beef!. cut it up into small portions and have condiments such as greek cucumber sauce and paprika in bowls at the ready!.

Another easy one is to make potstickers, just pan fry some dumplings (you can get them at your local supermarket in the frozen foods section)!. put them on a platter with bowls of soy sauce and sesame oil on the side!.

Have an assortment of flavors, sweet, salty, tangy etc!. This will keep the guest hungry and more open to your feast!

hope this helps,

Open sandwiches!. Just cut break into quarters and put fillings on top like tomato, cheese, tuna or maybe some roast beef if possible!. It's easy to make and takes up very little time!. In this way, it'll also be less messy as people will just pick them up and pop it into their mouths!.

Another thing is mini custard puffs!. They can be easily obtained at any dessert or pastry shop!. i just don't have a recipe for it, my friend made it the other time and she refuses to tell me the recipe!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I really enjoy eating those pin wheels!. I think it's just tortilla, cream cheese and your choice of lunch meat!. YUM!! You could also add a cheese ball with crackers!.

I also throw alot of UFC parties and I always have peanuts, and Chex mix at all times!Www@FoodAQ@Com
