Whats the ultimate christmas dinner?

We hardly ever have turkey for Christmas...I guess becuase we are tired of it from Thanksgiving. How about ham, crown roast, prime rib, fish, lamb? My parents love rabbit...not for everyone I know. Some people make lobster, depends on your budget though. We usually make one type of fish and a meat.
