Answers:
I have a great and easy recipe for individual cheese cakes. Before you say, "Nah, too much work", check it out, they go over really well:

INDIVIDUAL CHEESECAKES

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Also:

Nabisco Nilla wafers
Cherry pie topping or any of your favorites
Foil cupcake baking cups

Beat ingredients well. Put a Nabisco Nilla wafer in each foil cupcake baking cup. Makes 18-20 individual cheesecakes. Fill foil cupcake baking cup about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 17 minutes. Top each individual cheesecake with a spoonful of pie topping when cool.

how about those little smokies cocktail wieners those rule put them in BBQ sauce

make ham roll ups...they are good and easy and don't require any cooking. Take a slice of ham lunchmeat, put a thick slice of cream cheese and a miniature dill pickle in the middle. roll up the ham from one end and then slice in large or small slices. Everyone loves these!

CRISPY MAC
A party snack idea with a twist!

4 cups curly macaroni/twisty pasta
1 tablespoon oil
Oil for deep frying

One of the following seasoning mixtures:

Mixture A: 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning and 1

Mixture B: 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon each chili powder, cumin, and

Or for a sweet version try:
Mixture D: 2 tablespoons lemon zest (or orange), 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/4
teaspoon salt

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water with 1 tablespoon oil until just tender. Drain, spread onto waxed paper and blot away excess moisture with paper towels.

Fry the cooked pasta in batches in hot oil (375°) until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels. Transfer the fried pasta to a serving bowl and sprinkle it with the seasoning of your choice while still warm and moist. Toss and serve.
