Need help with chocolate fondue fountain by Nostalgia Electronics....?!

Question:

Need help with chocolate fondue fountain by Nostalgia Electronics....?

I purchased this fountain last Feb. Now I want to use it for a Christmas party, but I can't find the instructions. I need to know how to make the chocolate to use in this particular brand. I remember that this one had to have something to either thin out the chocolate or make it thicker (Can't remember). Anyway, please help! I have already done searches on the internet and have not been able to find information abou this particular brand---Nostalgia Electronics Chocolate Fondue fountain (with the brown base and brown fountain tiers.)

Answers:
take vegtable oil and choclate chips.. melt it in the microwave for about 5 min.....stir it and if it is still alittle bit clumpy put it back in for another 2-3 min and keep on doing it untill it is not clumpy any more...if there are mostly no clumps just press on them with the back of a spoon, then pour it in and let the magic happen, give it a little time...maybe about 20 min.. if its acting strange and not flowing right then scoop it all out and but it back into the microvame for like 2-3 min...(BUT DON'T LET IT BURN!)

mmmmm....chocolate!

sorry i can't help you, i wish i could....Sorry!!!

Yes you need to add vegetable oil to regualar milk chocolate - melt it all in the microwave before pouring into the fountain!! or you can buy special choc fountain choc chips from shops! Thorntons in the uk sell it!

You need to add a little oil to make the chocolate "flow" properly.

Different brands need different amounts, I would suggest you just ask for chocoalte fountain info in general - or google for:-

chocolate fountain oil

If you are ask another question, please le tus know what brand of choc you are using - or at least what country you are in - as different chocoalter needs different amounts of oil added.
